Santa Claus is Coming to Town
About a month into this project and it is still incomplete. Mrs. Claus is under preparation and Santa will remain single just a little longer. He is ready with his sack to hit the town, slide down those chimneys, give out those gifts, eat those cookies and drink that glass of milk.
This is Santa's work shop. All the elves and the she-elves are superbusy, it has been the busiest Christmas ever. Some are serving food, some are wrapping gifts, some are loading the wrapped gifts on a train to Santa's house. December is busy on the North Pole.
Santa's house: His sleigh is loaded with gifts. The reindeers await the start of their Christmas journey, the route of which is by now the essence of their very being.
Let's take a peek inside Santa's sack. Mrs. Claus has knitted these dolls, her needles clicking round the clock, all of last year. This has been a record year for 'nice children', no child has been naughty this year. Mrs. Claus is convinced more than ever that this generation of children will rid the world of all it's evils. Among the gifts she has made are a clown, an elf, a toy solider, a snowman, a fairy, ..... and wait .... what! She's even made a Mr and Mrs Claus! Is there anything Santa's paramour can't knit? Children who have been nice all year will receive these wonderful dolls from Santa.
So.... finally...... Santa ..... chimney ....... eat ...... drink ........ gift. You know the drill :)
You better watch out
You better not cry
Better not pout
I'm telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town
He's making a list
And checking it twice;
Gonna find out Who's naughty and nice
Santa Claus is coming to town
He sees you when you're sleeping
He knows when you're awake
He knows if you've been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake!
O! You better watch out!
You better not cry
Better not pout
I'm telling you why
Santa Claus is coming
Santa Claus is coming to town

Santa's work shop, his house, sleigh, reindeer, and elves, train, etc., are 3D stickers purchased from Michael's and Walmart.
These dolls are knitted from Jeangreenhowe's book: Christmas Special. I love this book, even after this Christmas season I will continue making dolls from this book. Of course, Mrs. Claus will follow soon with a new story.
I close here with a pic of my kitty-kat. Maggie used to be as white as the first snowflakes of Christmas. He has started turning an orangish hue, perhaps in memory of his recently departed litter-mate Gary.
