Scenes from the Doll house.

After I made paper dolls and a house for them could not wait to play with them. So here are some scenes.
The tea pot, plate, flower vase and the plant on the table are all knitted from Jeangreenhowe's pattern. The cakes and the cup of coffee are 3d stickers from Jolee's boutique. Furniture in this picture were purchased from a dollar tree.

Dresser and the bed was purchased from the dollar tree.

Dollar tree sometimes can be quite amazing. The sweet shop and the pet shop are portable doll house kits that I purchased from a Dollar tree. They are made out of cardboard and has beautiful pictures inside. This also comes with some cardboard dolls. Very inexpensive and makes a beautiful background.

View from inside the pet store and the sweet shop.

I had also purchased a portable house.

Side view of the house.

Inside the house.

I purchased this sleigh during Christmas which I have shown in this scene. Since this is a sleigh ride I have not shown the entire carriage in the above picture.

The tea set in the above picture is made out of acron and then painted with acrylic paint. The table is assembled from a miniature kit. Gentleman's hat is also made out of Acron.

The piano was purchased from an estate sale for less than two dollars and the doll was purchased from a thrift store for less than a dollar. Sometimes thrift stores and goodwill stores are perfect to hunt for treasure.

All the accessories in the above picture were purchased during Christmas. Walmart is best to look for these things during Christmas time and are quite inexpensive.

Doll house Christmas can be quite fun. Santa is knitted from Jeangreenhowe's pattern and fireplace is an inexpensive night light.

Finally at the end some modern setting.

Dora bedroom set which I purchased from Walmart ,they are quite inexpensive and perfect for the doll house. Mini lala loopsi dolls are quite cheap and they are perfect for a dollhouse.

Bathroom set again was purchased from Walmart. The doll in this picture is from Dollar tree.

Overall with some handmade things and with some professionally made things your doll house can look beautiful and can be made in an inexpensive way. Also while making doll houses there is a scope to show other craft skills like knitting, crochet, embroidery , polymer clay etc.

I hope this was fun and interesting. For now That's all Folks! Will return soon with some other post.
Till then,
You all not only have a great day, but have a crafty day !
